When is the show? The show is always the Saturday before Thanksgiving. (In 2019, the date is November 23rd.) The hours are 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Can I take pictures? We ask that you do take pictures of you at the show and share on FB, Instagram, Twitter, etc. to help us promote the show! But, if you want to take a picture of an artist’s work, you must get permission from the artist.
Can I bring a pet? Only service animals are allowed.
Are strollers permitted? Yes. The show is always very busy in the morning. It may be easier to navigate with a stroller in the afternoon.
Is there food available? Breakfast and lunch are served from 9:30 – 2:30.
What mission does the money support? Currently the proceeds from the vendor fees and silent auction go to COSKids in Matthews. The Cafe goes to the Rehobeth Women’s Circle from Matthew United Methodist Church. The proceeds from the bake sale go to the United Methodist Women scholarship fund. In the past proceeds have gone to the Matthews Free Clinic, Habitat for Humanity and the pastor’s discretionary fund.
Is there an admission fee? No admission fee and parking is free.
Is this a handmade only show? Yes, 100% Handmade! No resale items are allowed. No direct sales are allowed.
How do I get into your show as an artist? Applications and details are available on the For Artists tab. Returning vendors have first preference. We do limit the number of artists in each category, so you may be put on a waiting list.
